COVID-19 Message To Our Customers
Rockaway Music is committed to maintaining the highest level of health safety standards in order to protect our customers and employees. This goal will be achieved by strictly adhering to the following guidelines:
- Face masks must be worn by all customers and employees who enter the store
- All employees must be temperature checked prior to starting a shift
- Customers and employees must maintain social distancing by staying 6' apart from each other
- Before playing any piano, customers and employees must clean their hands with hand sanitizer (three cleaning stations are located throughout the store) Please limit the pianos you touch to only the pianos you are considering so it will easier for us to sanitize the pianos after your visit
- All pianos played during a customer presentation must be tagged and sanitized immediately after the customer's visit to the showroom
- The bathroom is closed to the general public
