Finally, each used piano is concert-tuned prior to delivery, so your piano sounds beautiful the moment it arrives at your home.
Service & Warranty
After delivery, an expert technician will contact you to schedule the initial complimentary in-home tuning. To ensure optimal tuning results, we wait until your piano acclimates to the new environment. In addition, our techs will be available to provide future tuning service for your piano at reasonable rates. Lastly, all Rockaway Music used pianos come with a Full Warranty for a period of two to five years, depending on the model. The warranty provides you with 100% assurance of problem-free enjoyment of your piano. Our reputation is your guarantee of satisfaction!

Used Hybrid or Clavinova digital pianos can be traded-up to a larger model for 100% of the original purchase price for three years. Furthermore, since we are the area’s only Authorized Yamaha Dealer, you will have the ultimate selection if you ever decide to take advantage of our trade-up policy, choosing from the full line of New Yamaha Acoustic, Hybrid, or Digital pianos.
