Returns and Refunds – New Digital Pianos
For Online Purchases Only.
Returns
Eligible* new digital pianos purchased online at rockawaymusic.com can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date. Your online purchase must be returned with all accessories, manuals, etc. The item must be in ‘factory new’ condition. Incomplete returns and items that show wear, abuse, or neglect may be refused or could be subject to additional restocking fees.
To initiate a return, call a Rockaway Music team member at 973-984-8800 or email contactus@rockawaymusic.com within 15 days of delivery.
*Please note that the following special order finishes CANNOT be returned: Polished White, Matte White, and White Birch.
Refunds
Upon successful receipt of an item in compliance with our return policy, Rockaway Music will issue a refund equal to the price paid for the item minus a 20% restocking fee. In addition, all shipping costs (delivery and pick-up) will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.
Exchanges – New Digital Pianos
For Online Purchases Only.
Eligible* new digital pianos purchased online at rockawaymusic.com can be exchanged for a higher-level digital model or an acoustic piano of equal or greater value within 30 days of delivery. To receive a 100% store credit of the original price, your online purchase must be returned with all accessories, manuals, etc. The item must be in ‘factory new’ condition. Incomplete returns, items that show wear, abuse, or neglect may be refused or may not receive a 100% store credit. The buyer must come to Rockaway Music to select a different digital model or acoustic piano. Rockaway Music will schedule delivery of the new piano and pickup of the original piano at the buyer's expense.
