Free* white glove delivery & in-home assembly for all the locations listed below.
A Rockaway Music team member will contact you within 1 - 2 business days after receiving your order to schedule delivery. In-stock items will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks from the order date. Out-of-stock items are usually delivered within 4 - 6 weeks from the order date (but could take longer).
* DISCLAIMERS: 1) Up to 5 Stairs are included – additional stairs will be charged $10.00 per stair. 2) Rockaway Music reserves the right to charge more for unique delivery circumstances (for example, spiral staircases, multiple-turn landings, etc).
Used Piano Shipping Policy
White glove in-home delivery & set-up for all the locations listed below is $250.00* for Used Acoustic, Hybrid, or Digital Pianos.
A Rockaway Music team member will contact you within 1 - 2 business days after receiving your order to schedule delivery. Used pianos are delivered within 2 - 3 weeks from the order date.

Out-of-Area Shipping
For orders outside of the counties listed above, shipping availability is not guaranteed. We offer an out of area shipping option that does not charge you anything now. The delivery cost will be charged in a separate phone transaction directly with a Rockaway Music team member. Orders are not final until the shipping cost has been agreed to and paid in a separate transaction.
